Fire Chief Aubrey D. Jenkins announced today that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and again the Columbia Fire Department is going pink in support of this campaign.
Chief Jenkins encourages not only members of CFD but anyone wishing to support Breast Cancer Awareness month to purhase these shirts, as proceeds will go to the Palmetto Health Foundation for the Bosom Buddies Fund to assist women with post-mastectomy bras and other support materials.
Below is the order form and prices. Orders can be mailed or delivered in person to the Columbia Fire Department, Fire Prevention Bureau, Attn: Bengie Leverett 1612 Bull Street Columbia, SC 29217 (hours M-F 9am-5pm). If paying by check make payable to: City of Columbia and in the memo filed write Breast Cancer. If you are placing your order in person checks or cash only (unable to make change) NO CREDIT.
